• Anywhere in the world! I love the opportunity to photograph weddings all over the UK and abroad, and am more than happy to travel to wherever your celebration might be held. I am based down in East Sussex, and will happily cover South East England and London at no additional cost for travel/accommodation for the majority of weddings. Expenses will be required for other parts of the UK and overseas work, but I will always do my very best to keep this as affordable as possible for you. Please do get in touch for a quote if this is the case.

  • Once you’ve decided to book with me I will send you a link to a private booking form, which once filled out will give me all of the basic information that I’ll need for your wedding day. I then put together your invoice and contract, and as soon as the deposit has been paid and contract signed you will be all booked in for your wedding date! Contracts are signed electronically so no need to worry about printing anything out, and payments can be made by card or bank transfer.

  • Yes, the deposit to secure the date is £500 for my 10 and 8 hour packages, and £300 for my 6, 4, and 2 hour package.

  • The remaining balance is owed one month before your wedding day. This is also a good time to organise another call to chat through your plans in finer detail, and you will also be sent a questionnaire which should give me all the info that I need. You are more than welcome to pay in instalments though if that is more convenient. Your invoice link stays active so you can access it at any time.

  • Anywhere you want! I am happy to offer location suggestions if it is an area that I am familiar with. I photograph in the London very regularly, but also often work in lots of parts of the South East, the Midlands, and The Peak District, so if it’s one of those then the chances are I will know some great spots to use. If it’s elsewhere then I’m also happy to help research somewhere that’ll make a great setting for your pictures.

  • Yes. Along with all of my equipment being covered, I also have Professional Indemnity and General Liability insurance.

Before Your Wedding

  • My standard package which fit with most wedding days is 10 hours, which tends to give you a nice selection of prep pictures, right up until the celebrations in the evening. I am more than happy to use that 10 hours however you want though, depending whether you favour more pictures in the build up to the ceremony, or more in the evening.

    I do also offer a 4 hour package for more intimate wedding days, however this isn’t available on peak Saturday dates between April and October.

  • Usually it will just be me attending your wedding day, however if you did want an additional photographer to come along then I have plenty of people that I can rely on. An extra photographer will come to £500. If you are interested in a second photographer attending your wedding day please get in touch for more info.

  • Typically we would try to take all of your group pictures within half an hour. I personally recommend you limit the amount to around 10 group pictures, as any more than that can end up eating into your precious time. It is entirely up to you though, and if you do want more or less group shots then that is absolutely fine.

  • I always bring along plenty of lighting equipment, so if it’s really throwing it down outside we can find a nice place to light up inside and take any of the formal portraits that you require there instead. Typically at some stage of the day there will be a break in the rain though, so if an opportunity presents itself I may drag you outside for a few quick pictures. Unless of course you don't mind getting wet, as in that case we just carry on taking photographs as normal!

  • Yes, I always have additional cameras and lenses, along with extra batteries, memory cards, lighting gear, and anything else I think might come in handy on your wedding day.

  • No! I am more than happy to bring along my own lunch. That said, if there is food available for me on your wedding day then I would greatly appreciate it.

On the day

  • I try to get all of your images edited and sent out within 4 to 6 weeks. If they are finished any earlier then they will be sent out straight away for you. I’ll also try to get a small sneak-peek of a few of your pictures sent over a few days after your wedding. There is also the added option of an Express Turnaround, meaning you can receive the full set of edited images within 7 days. Get in touch for a quote if this interests you.

  • Once the editing of your photographs has been finished you will receive a link to a private online gallery containing all of your pictures. You’re free to make as many downloads as you want, and you’re also welcome to share the link with any friends and family you want.

    The gallery remains active until your second anniversary. At which point you can extend the access for another year for a small admin fee if you wish.

    I always recommend making sure you have multiple copies of your pictures stored in lots of different places!

  • From the moment I take a picture it’s backed up to two memory cards, and I even start backing up on hard drives during your meal. Then as soon as I get home your pictures are backed up again onto 3 different hard drives, and are uploaded into cloud storage. These backups are kept for at least 2 years after your wedding, so you can be sure that your pictures are very safe and secure.
